Hospitality

Venus is venturing into Hospitality. We have many more such projects in various stages of planning & development. when it takes concrete shape, we will be announcing it. For one of the project an operational tie up has already been inked between Venus and a Dubai based big group to run the hotel business. Size of this development is about 1 Lac Sq feet. It is a hi-rise development designed by well known architect from Bombay. Project construction is poised to start in the 1st quarter of 2009. Pictures and details available on request.

The way forward

We believe the hospitality sector has good business potential and hence will be venturing in it in a strong way very shortly. A subsidiary company is being created for the same.
